Ice Bath
Shower first. Enter slowly — legs, then body. Breathe through the first 30 seconds. Exit when done. Let your body rewarm naturally.
Best after: Heavy lower body, hybrid training, high-volume weeks.

Infrared Sauna
Bring a towel to sit on. Hydrate before. Sit, relax, breathe. Exit if you feel dizzy. Cool down 5–10 minutes before leaving.
Best for: General recovery, soreness, sleep quality, stress. Works well on rest days.

Compression Boots
Put on the sleeves, select your pressure, sit back and let them cycle. Wipe down with the provided spray when done.
Best after: Heavy squats, hybrid training, long runs.
